How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 day delivery.

Shipping charges are determined by weight and destination zip code. The minimum shipping charge is $4.50

How soon will my order be shipped?

Unembroidered orders usually ship within 2 business days. Embroidered orders usually ship within 7 business days. Sterling Silver usually ships within 3 business days. Hand Painted Plates usually ship within 3-4 weeks. Personalized Birth Pates usually ship within 2-3 weeks. The above time frames apply to orders paid for with a credit card or Paypal, check orders may be held until the check clears before the order is processed.

Please Note: The ship times shown here and on your confirmation page are estimates, not promises or guaranteed dates. While we usually fill orders in these time frames, occassionally unexpected delays may occur.

What is your Return Policy?

Items which have been personalized may not be returned for exchange or refund. Items sold without embroidery may be returned for exchange or refund if they are unused and in the original packaging with tags in place.

In the event that any product was embroidered incorrectly, the fault being that of CustomBabyGifts.com, the item will be immediately replaced at no additional charge.

May I mail my order in with payment?

Yes. We encourage you to order them online, print our shopping cart/checkout page and include it with the payment. Also, if you will notify us that you have sent payment we will be sure to hold the item for you, so it's not out of stock when your payment is received. Please note, check orders may be held until the check clears before the order is processed.

Do you take Special Requests?

Yes. Because it was not practical to list all embroidery color options, only the most popular color combinations were presented. If you would like a design in different colors just enter "Special Request" for the color selection, and provide the specifications in the "Special Requests" box provided on the checkout form.

What determines Embroidery Size?

Embroidery size is determined by several factors, but the most easily adjusted factor is the length of the text to be embroidered. If you choose to have first, middle and last names embroidered, the font will be smaller than if only the first name is embroidered.
